The Challenge
The client had deep domain expertise and a clear business model, but no design, no brand, no site — and needed paying subscribers fast. The platform had to gate premium content behind a subscription while staying simple for a non-technical owner to run.
The Approach
I took the project from a business conversation to a launched product: designed the brand look, architected the membership tiers, and built the full WordPress platform with payment processing and content gating. Everything was structured so the client could publish new reports himself.
