The Challenge
Institutional sites fail when they become unmaintainable. SSSNS has multiple union branches, event halls for rent, membership processes, and a steady stream of news — all of which had to be manageable by non-technical staff, in Serbian, from a provided design.
The Approach
I built the provided design into a structured WordPress site organized around how the institution actually works: branch pages, a news publishing workflow the staff uses daily, event hall presentation, and membership forms — every section editable without touching code.
